Use of this site implies full acceptance of these Terms and of the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2 · About the project

Rota do Sol is an international cultural platform for regenerative tourism and social inclusion, led by Neta Honorata Maíta, with operation in Brazil (Brasília · DF) and an active bridge in the United Kingdom (Bristol · London). The project links art, spirituality, Afro-indigenous ancestrality and socio-environmental economy.

Forbidden: (i) commercial use without written authorisation; (ii) full reproduction of visual works; (iii) any use suggesting institutional endorsement that does not exist; (iv) automated scraping that affects service stability.

4 · Intellectual property

Brand, visual identity, texts, photographs, videos, watercolour illustrations and other elements are protected by copyright and industrial property rights. They belong to Rota do Sol and to its authoring collaborators. Traditional knowledge associated with the project is treated under prior, free and informed consent protocols of the originating communities.

5 · Donations

Institutional receipts may be issued upon request. Given the institutional nature of donations, amounts are as a rule non-refundable, except in case of proven operational error, in which case refunds occur through the same channel, net of payment-provider fees.

6 · Third-party services

8 · Compliance and institutional conduct

We adhere to basic compliance principles: zero tolerance to corruption, money laundering, terrorist financing, child labour and slave-like labour. Partnerships and donations of incompatible origin will be declined. Suspicions may be reported confidentially to rotadosolestacaobr@gmail.com.
